Many have asked us to hold another open house because they couldn't make any of our previous three.

With staff training committments and summer so close, unfortunately we can't hold another formal open house.

But I'd be happy to meet you at the beach, as sort of an informal or impromptu open house, so we can meet in person and I can answer all your questions.
